We here at American Livery Service would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued patronage and also to update you on some of the enhancements we have recently made to our service.

Bonus 8

The Bonus 8 program was instituted as a travel incentive designed to reward our frequent travelers with free transportation service. Each time you travel with us, 8% of the base trip charge (the cost of travel before gratuity, standard transportation charge, tolls, and parking are added) is set-aside in an account, called the Bonus 8 account. When your accumulated balance reaches a sufficient dollar amount to cover the cost of a trip in full (including gratuity, standard transportation charge, tolls and parking) you may charge the cost of the trip to your Bonus 8 account, resulting in free travel. As an added incentive, any points acquired as of February 1st, 2003 will not expire and will remain available in your Bonus 8 account until used for free travel. Global Reservations

In order to assist you with your travel outside of our normal service area we have instituted Global Reservations. This is done by working together with a network of quality limousine services in major cities throughout the continental United States. We will contact a limousine service in the area you are traveling to and make all the necessary arrangements for you. Once these arrangements are made we will call you with, or send you confirmation, via e-mail. The confirmation will include the cost of the trip and a nominal 15% surcharge for

providing the service. Please allow us at least 24 hours notice to make these reservations for you.

Internet Reservations

If you haven't before, please take the time to check out our website at www.american-livery.com. On the bottom left hand corner of our home page you will notice a link for Internet reservations. This new service allows you to make reservations with us online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Like Global Reservations, we do need at least 24 hours notice for all reservations made via the Internet.

Our Fleet

In continuing to provide you with the highest quality service we are proud to announce that we have two brand new eight passenger Lincoln stretch limousines on order which should be available sometime in April. In addition to the new limousines, we are in the process of updating our fleet of Lincoln Towncars to the latest model available. We are already the only limousine service in the Fairfield county area with a full fleet of Lincoln's extended passenger area model "L" series Towncars. You can also continue to make reservations for our elegant six-passenger limousine service.
